Brewing Instructions

Choose your desired coffee grind : We suggest a standard Filter grind. However, you can choose slightly coarser for a lighter result or finer for a stronger, slightly bitter result.
Dosage Per Cup : Use one rounded tablespoon of ground coffee per 175 ml of hot water.
Pre-Brewing (Blooming) : Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds and wait 15 seconds for the coffee to bloom, releasing trapped flavors. Ideal water temperature: 93-95 ºC.
Infusion : Slowly pour the remaining hot water over the coffee. As the water level drops, continue pouring to wet the coffee clinging to the filter sides.
Dispose of Grounds : Dispose of used coffee grounds in compost or use as fertilizer.
