Amaretto

Roasted Coffee

Size

Ideal for high-volume brewing, offices, or weekly batch prep.

Grind

Whole beans for grinding fresh at home. Best flavour and flexibility for any brew method.

Amaretto Coffee is a velvety-smooth Arabica coffee carrying the sweet, almond-and-marzipan character of classic amaretto, freshly flavoured on demand so every batch arrives fresh and aromatic. It is an indulgent, crowd-pleasing flavoured coffee for cafés and offices that want a dessert-style option on the menu. Micro-roasted in small batches in Montréal and flavoured to order, it gives a flavoured-coffee program a smooth, dependable base, offered in bulk formats for café and office service.

Tasting Notes

The cup is smooth and velvety, layered with the sweet, nutty, marzipan-like flavour of amaretto. Because it is flavoured on demand rather than pre-flavoured, the amaretto character stays fresh and aromatic, with a warm, dessert-like finish that works on its own or with milk.

Origin

Amaretto Coffee is built on an Arabica base grown at 1,100 to 1,200 metres and harvested from May to September. The high-grown beans give a clean, smooth cup that takes the amaretto flavouring well.

Brewing

As a general guideline, aim for a 1:16 ratio – roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water for a balanced cup. For drip and filter service, use 8.5 g of coffee per 236.56 ml (8 oz) of water, about 36 g per litre at batch scale.
