Recommended Coffee Grind
Medium grind is ideal.
Use a coarser grind for a lighter taste
Grind one level finer for a stronger, slightly bitter taste
Brewing Instructions
- Measure one rounded tablespoon of ground coffee per 175 ml of hot water.
- Place the Swan Filter on top of any compatible mug or brewer.
- Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds and wait 15 seconds for the coffee to bloom, releasing trapped flavors. Ideal water temperature: 93–95 ºC.
- Slowly pour the remaining hot water over the coffee. Continue pouring as the water level drops to ensure even saturation of all grounds.
- Dispose of coffee grounds responsibly—compost if possible.
