Peaches & Cream

Peaches & Cream Coffee is a velvety-smooth Arabica coffee with sweet, juicy peach and soft cream, freshly flavoured on demand so every batch arrives fresh and aromatic. Part of Terra's Aroma Terra line of flavoured coffees, it is a bright, crowd-pleasing option for cafés and offices that want a fruity, dessert-style coffee on the menu. Micro-roasted in small batches in Montréal and flavoured to order, it gives a flavoured-coffee program a smooth, dependable base, available in 1 kg and 3 kg bulk bags.

Tasting Notes

The cup is smooth and velvety, layered with sweet, juicy peach and soft, mellow cream – like peaches and cream in a cup. Because it is flavoured on demand rather than pre-flavoured, the flavour stays fresh and aromatic, with a bright, lightly sweet finish that works on its own or with milk.

Origin

Peaches & Cream Coffee is built on an Arabica base grown at 1,100 to 1,200 metres and harvested from May to September. The high-grown beans give a clean, smooth cup that takes the peaches-and-cream flavouring well.

Brewing

As a general guideline, aim for a 1:16 ratio – roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water for a balanced cup. For drip and filter service, use 8.5 g of coffee per 236.56 ml (8 oz) of water, about 36 g per litre at batch scale.
