Colombia Supremo Origen Coop

Green Coffee

Size

Colombia Supremo Origen Coop is a certified organic, washed-process Colombian coffee from southern Huila, sold in 20 kg bulk. The lot is sourced from small-scale producers across the municipalities of Isnos, San Agustín, Pitalito, and Acevedo. These municipalities sit on the Colombian Massif, one of Colombia's established specialty coffee regions. Supremo is the highest grade in Colombian classification, reserved for Screen 17+ beans. This lot carries organic certification for North American, European, and Japanese markets.

Cupping Profile

The Caturra-led cultivar mix, washed processing, and Huila altitude combine for the rounded, fruit-forward character that defines Supremo-grade Colombian washes. The lot suits cafés and roasters building a single-origin filter program around a benchmark Colombian, or a smooth, chocolate-anchored espresso component.

Processing

This lot is fully washed. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness across the producer network, then pulped, fermented, and washed before being sun-dried. The Supremo grade requires Screen 17 or larger, the top tier in Colombia's bean-size classification. It constrains the lot to the most uniformly developed cherries. Small-scale producer sourcing means the lot is assembled from multiple farms within the four-municipality footprint.
