Tasting Notes
The cup pours a deep amber with a bright bergamot aroma at the front. The black tea base is full-bodied and smooth, while bergamot contributes a distinctly citrusy lift with a faint floral and spicy edge. Balanced and aromatic, with a clean finish.
Brewing
Steep one tea bag in 90 °C water for 2½ minutes. Avoid oversteeping to preserve the bergamot character. Suits both black and with a splash of milk.
