Tasting Notes
The cup is a vivid, deep red with a bright, fruity character and a lively hibiscus acidity. Apple, papaya, and coconut provide a tropical fruit note, with lemongrass and lemon balm giving a clean herbal lift. Caffeine-free and well suited to afternoon and evening service.
About Tropical Rainforest
Our Tropical Rainforest is a loose leaf herbal blend combining fruit pieces, lime-tree blossoms, lemon balm, and lemongrass with hibiscus and rosehip for colour and brightness. Prepared in Québec, it is available in a 1 kg bulk format for café and hospitality service. A 125 g whole leaf retail tin is also available for retail display.
Brewing
Steep 2.5 g per 250 ml at 94 °C for 5 minutes. At 2.5 g per portion, a 1 kg bag yields approximately 400 portions. Each 250 ml serving provides approximately 10 calories.
