Vanilla Nut & Cream

Vanilla Nut & Cream Coffee is a velvety-smooth Arabica coffee with sweet vanilla, toasted nut, and soft cream, freshly flavoured on demand so every batch arrives fresh and aromatic. Part of Terra's Aroma Terra line of flavoured coffees, it is an indulgent, crowd-pleasing option for cafés and offices that want a smooth, dessert-style coffee on the menu. Micro-roasted in small batches in Montréal and flavoured to order, it gives a flavoured-coffee program a smooth, dependable base, available in 65 g and 320 g retail bags and in bulk.

Tasting Notes

The cup is smooth and velvety, layered with sweet vanilla, warm toasted nut, and soft, mellow cream. Because it is flavoured on demand rather than pre-flavoured, the flavour stays fresh and aromatic, with a sweet, nutty-creamy finish that works on its own or with milk.

Origin

Vanilla Nut & Cream Coffee is built on an Arabica base grown at 1,100 to 1,200 metres and harvested from May to September. The high-grown beans give a clean, smooth cup that takes the vanilla-nut-and-cream flavouring well.

Brewing

As a general guideline, aim for a 1:16 ratio – roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water for a balanced cup. For drip and filter service, use 8.5 g of coffee per 236.56 ml (8 oz) of water, about 36 g per litre at batch scale.
