Marshmallow Bliss

Marshmallow Bliss is a hot chocolate with vegan mini marshmallows blended in, made with Dutch-process cocoa and organic golden cane sugar. The marshmallows soften and melt into the cup during preparation, and warm notes of cinnamon, almond, and caramel round out the chocolate. It gives a café, hotel, or seasonal menu a distinctive winter option. Available in a 400 g format and bulk 20 kg, the milk-free blend works with any milk or plant-based alternative, and is vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free.

Suggested Uses

The marshmallow-and-spice profile suits winter and holiday menus and specialty seasonal features. Finish with extra marshmallows where a menu calls for it. Stir a shot of espresso into the finished cup for a mokaccino.

Preparation

Add 2 rounded tablespoons (25 g) of powder to 200 ml of milk, then heat or froth and whisk until smooth. Finish with extra marshmallows if desired.
