Instant Coffee

Terra's Rich & Smooth instant freeze-dried coffee is a balanced, everyday cup ready in seconds, available in a 100 g retail canister and in 5 kg and 25 kg bulk formats for high-volume operations. The bulk formats make it a practical fit for office coffee service, hotels, catering, and institutional programs where consistency and throughput matter more than bar theatre. It is freeze-dried rather than spray-dried (atomized) – a cold-drying process that retains more of the coffee's aroma and flavour than conventional instant. Sugar free, gluten free, milk free, nut free, and vegan, it serves a wide range of dietary needs from a single SKU.

A rich, smooth cup with a rounded body and a clean finish – an approachable everyday profile rather than a concentrated espresso character. Built on Arabica and Robusta beans, it rehydrates consistently, cup after cup.

Freeze-Drying

Unlike atomized (spray-dried) instant coffees, this coffee is freeze-dried – cold-dried without exposure to high heat – so it holds more of its aroma and flavour notes through processing. A simple rehydration with hot water is all it takes. One ingredient, nothing added.

Preparation

For a hot cup, add one teaspoon of instant coffee per 250 ml of hot water and stir well. For iced coffee (one 8 oz cup), stir one teaspoon with 35-45 ml of hot water; fill a cup with 180 ml ice and 100 ml milk of choice; pour in the coffee and stir; sweeten as desired.
