Raspberry Instant Iced Coffee

Raspberry Instant Iced Coffee is a fruit-forward twist on classic iced coffee – a shelf-stable mix built for cafés, offices, foodservice, and retail shelves. Just mix, pour, and serve – no specialized equipment required – for a bright, refreshing raspberry iced coffee with consistent flavour cup after cup. It is made without added sugar, dairy, milk, or nut ingredients, and it is gluten-free. Part of Terra's instant coffee line, it is available in a 120 g canister (about 60 servings), and a 5 kg bulk bag, both ideal for cafés, offices, retailers, or bulk resale.

Tasting Notes

The cup is bright and refreshing, with tart-sweet raspberry lifting a clean coffee base. Served over ice with a splash of milk, it makes a fruity, vibrant iced coffee – and it works hot too.

How to Prepare

For iced coffee (one 12 oz cup), stir half a tablespoon (2 g) of the powder into 1.5 oz (45 ml) of hot water until dissolved, sweeten to taste, fill the glass with ice (about 10 oz / 295 ml), and top with half a cup of dairy or plant-based milk, frothed if you like. For a hot cup, stir half a tablespoon of the powder into 8 oz of hot water and serve. TERRA Organic Golden Cane Sugar make an optional sweetener.
