Tasting Notes

The cup pours a soft pink-amber with a gentle, layered floral aroma. Rose petals and lime tree blossoms lead with a quiet sweetness, while hibiscus adds a light tartness that keeps the cup from reading as heavy. Chamomile brings a soft, calming warmth to the finish. Lemon grass and citrus peels contribute a faint brightness underneath. Caffeine-free, delicate, and smooth throughout.

Brewing

Steep one tea bag in 94 °C water for 5 minutes. Lower steeping temperature preserves the delicate floral character — avoid boiling water, which can flatten the aromatics.
