Green Tea
A green tea lifted by the fresh fragrance of spearmint and peppermint leaves, it suits customers looking for a cool, aromatic cup – part of Terra's ATLAS® Tea collection of specialty-cut teas in biodegradable tea bags in recyclable boxes. Available for specialty retailers in boxes of 20 biodegradable tea bags.
Tasting Notes
The cup pours a clear pale green with a bright, cooling mint aroma. Spearmint and peppermint lead with freshness and a gentle tingle, while the green tea base keeps the cup light and smooth underneath. Refreshing served hot, and equally well suited for chilling over ice.
Brewing
Steep one tea bag in 70–85 °C water for 3 to 4 minutes. Steeping at the lower end of the temperature range and shorter time preserves the delicate green tea character; steeping longer brings forward more mint intensity.
