Tasting Notes

The cup pours a deep ruby red with a bright, layered fruit aroma. Hibiscus leads with tartness, balanced by the natural sweetness of apple, banana, mango, and pineapple. Elderberries, blackberries, raspberries, and currants add depth and a berry complexity that carries through to the finish. Beetroot and carrot soften the acidity without dulling the fruit character. Caffeine-free, naturally sweet, and clean on the finish.

Brewing

Steep one tea bag in 94 °C water for 5 minutes. Suitable for hot service and equally well suited for chilling over ice for cold fruit infusion.
