ARIEL Vanilla Strawberry

ARIEL Vanilla Strawberry is a caffeine-free fruit infusion blended from strawberry bits, vanilla, hibiscus, and a range of berries and fruit pieces. Available in a 1 kg bulk bag and a 24-bag tin with 100% compostable bags, Kosher certified and Aliments Préparés au Québec. It performs hot or iced, making it a versatile addition to café and hospitality programmes.

Tasting Notes

The infusion brews to a deep ruby-red colour with a sweet, fruity character balanced by the warm, creamy note of vanilla. Hibiscus contributes a gentle tartness and the deep colour that reads well on a menu or self-service station. Lightly sweetened with stevia and accessible for a broad guest profile.

About Vanilla Strawberry

Vanilla Strawberry is part of the ARIEL Fruit tea range – fruit infusions with no Camellia sinensis, naturally caffeine-free. The blend combines dried fruit, berries, hibiscus, and vanilla for a flavour profile suited to dessert service, afternoon menus, and iced drinks.

Brewing

Steep 2.5 g per 250 ml at 94 °C for 5 minutes. For iced service, brew double-strength and pour over ice. At this ratio, a 1 kg bag yields approximately 400 portions.
