ARIEL Vanilla and Pear

A delicate Chinese white tea blended with vanilla bits and Bartlett pear, built for menus that want a softer, less tannic option than green or black. Pours clean enough to serve hot at full strength or chilled over ice without dilution losses.

Tasting Notes

The cup pours a pale honey gold with a soft, creamy aroma. Vanilla leads – warm and rounded – while Bartlett pear contributes a sweet, juicy fruit note that stays in the background rather than sweetening the palate. The white tea base carries quietly underneath: light body, low astringency, none of the grassy edge that flavoured green teas can pick up at temperature.

Blend

The base is whole leaf Chinese white tea. Safflower petals add visual texture in the cup and the loose blend; vanilla bits and natural flavours carry the vanilla and Bartlett pear character. Because white tea is the most thermally forgiving of the true teas, the blend holds its profile across a wider service window than a comparable green tea programme.

Brewing

Steep 2.5 g per 250 ml at 90 °C for 3 ½ minutes. At commercial scale, a 1 kg bag yields approximately 400 portions at 2.5 g per cup. Each 250 ml serving contains zero calories.
