The green tea base contributes a quiet vegetal note, while the marigold petals add visual character to the loose blend. Low astringency, clean finish, and a gently warming character that reads well in cooler weather as well as iced.

Blend

The base is whole leaf Chinese green tea. Ginger pieces carry the signature character; natural flavours contribute the soft citrus lift in the cup. Marigold petals add yellow-orange colour to the loose-leaf cut without competing for the palate. Green tea is naturally rich in antioxidants, and the ginger pairing is one of the most established preparations across global tea traditions – widely served as both a daytime menu position and an after-meal cup.

Brewing

Steep 2.5 g per 250 ml at 90 °C for 2 minutes. The shorter steep window matters operationally: green tea pulls bitterness past 2 ½ minutes, and the ginger character reads cleanest without over-extraction. A 90 g tin yields approximately 36 portions at 2.5 g per cup. Each 250 ml serving contains zero calories.
