ARIEL Classic Earl Grey

Classic Earl Grey from Ariel Tea by Terra is available in 1 kg loose leaf format for café, hospitality, and retail programmes. The blend combines whole-leaf Chinese and Ceylon black teas with 100% pure bergamot oil and cornflowers – a composition consistent enough for high-volume service and distinctive enough to hold a named position on a tea menu.

Tasting Notes

The cup is bright and aromatic, with bergamot's floral citrus lift present from the first steep. The Chinese and Ceylon base contributes a medium-full body and a clean, brisk finish – structured enough to carry milk, balanced enough to stand on its own. Cornflowers are visible in the dry leaf, a detail that communicates quality to both staff and customers.

Brewing

Steep 2.5 g per 250 ml at 95 °C for 3–4 minutes. At this ratio, a 1 kg bag yields approximately 400 servings. Whole leaf expands considerably during steeping; ensure adequate vessel volume for loose leaf service. Classic Earl Grey takes milk well and works as a latte base.
