Blooming Tea
ARIEL Chrysanthemum Amaranth Blooming Tea is a handcrafted white tea ball containing chrysanthemum and amaranth flowers, shaped into an acorn form, available in a 3-unit retail box and a 1 kg bulk bag. When placed in a glass teapot of hot water, each ball unfurls to reveal the two flowers and produce a visually striking tea service.
Suggested Uses
Well suited to cafés, restaurants, specialty tea retail as a giftable SKU, and to hospitality programmes offering a signature table-side tea service. The acorn shape and two-flower reveal – chrysanthemum yellow and amaranth magenta – provide a more elaborate visual than a standard round blooming ball. Each ball yields 4 cups; the white tea base allows a second steeping.
Preparation
Place one ball in a glass teapot or heat-resistant glass. Add water at 90 °C and allow the ball to unfurl fully before serving – approximately 3 to 5 minutes. The ball can be re-steeped once; subsequent steeps are lighter.
