The high-grown beans give a clean, smooth cup that takes the sambucca flavouring well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBrewing\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a general guideline, aim for a 1:16 ratio – roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water for a balanced cup.
