The estate, established in 1996, farms with a strong environmental commitment – soil conservation and reforestation that help protect local habitat. It also supports nearby farmers with education and agricultural assistance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eRoast\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTAG (Torrefazione Artigianale Granito) is our suggested roast for single-origins. The TAG method drives the complete caramelization of the bean's natural sugars, drawing out the full depth of the coffee.
