The Indigenous Kaffa people have gathered wild coffee here for centuries. A small group of growers harvests once a year, from September to January, hand-picking ripe cherries and sun-drying the beans on raised beds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eRoast\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTAG (Torrefazione Artigianale Granito) is our suggested roast for single-origins. The TAG method drives the complete caramelization of the bean's natural sugars, drawing out the full depth of the coffee.
