Because it is flavoured on demand rather than pre-flavoured, the caramel character stays fresh and aromatic, with a rich, toffee-like finish that works on its own or with milk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eOrigin\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDulce de Leche Coffee is built on an Arabica base grown at 1,100 to 1,200 metres and harvested from May to September. The high-grown beans give a clean, smooth cup that takes the dulce de leche flavouring well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBrewing\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a general guideline, aim for a 1:16 ratio – roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water for a balanced cup.
